The East Isthmus Neighborhoods Planning Council (EINPC) has its first assembly with its east-side alders to make formal requests surrounding the 2008 City Budget.

Lock your doors, good neighbor, because burglars are on the prowl.

Madison police issued this warning today after a rash of residential burglaries on the city's north and east sides.

"Lock your doors and windows when away from home even for short periods," said Madison Police spokesman Joel DeSpain. "Also, close your garage doors and lock doors when working outside in your back yard, because it only takes minutes to become a victim of a burglary."  read more »
