The East Side may soon have senior housing for grandparents who are raising their grandchildren. Residents in the Bay Creek neighborhood are opposing the construction of an apartment complex that could end up blocking their solar panels. Mayor Soglin wants to delay the construction of the Midtown police station by a couple of months. Madison’s first pickleball court has opened on the West Side.
