Virtual Community Garden Show
Madison has 54 community gardens, which are defined as "any plot of land gardened by multiple people." Community gardens are seeded at schools and churches, on public and private property, in residential neighborhoods, and next to farms. The oldest in the state, Eagle Heights Community Garden, began in Madison in 1962. Join Madison Commons, as we explore the diverse community gardens that call Madison home.
