The other Halloween party on State Street

On Oct. 28, State Street shops and businesses hosted the Downtown Madison Family Halloween. The annual event is the child-friendly version of State Street’s other infamous Halloween party, Freakfest. Children and adults came out dressed in full costume to trick-or-treat at local stores and restaurants, make Halloween crafts at the Overture Center, and watch Wayne the Wizard, among other activities.
